Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?

Changes to orders are possible depending on how much time has passed since the order was placed. If you need to make adjustments, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible. For issues with order information, creating a new order with the correct details and informing Customer Service is the best approach.

Can I purchase items with another currency?

Yes, you may select a currency based on your personal preference. When you select your country in the country selector on the upper right of the website or are taken directly to your country’s version of the website, you will see prices listed in the regional currency.

HOW LONG DOES AN ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

International orders typically arrive within 1-3 weeks of shipping. Customs processing in your country may cause additional delays. Once an order leaves our warehouse, shipping delays due to external factors can occur.
