We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Mortalvessel. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your shipment for a refund.

4.Shipping Costs: Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

5.Proof of Shipment: Once the package is sent, we kindly ask that you provide proof of shipment. This can be in the form of a shipping receipt or tracking number from the carrier. This will help us ensure that your return is processed efficiently and that your refund can be issued promptly upon receipt of the returned item(s).
